Starters opportunitiesWe believe in circulation and consider starters important to our organization. Therefore we developed education and development programmes which enable starters to gain required skills and get to know the values of our organization.
First-time employees with a higher vocational or university education in civil engineering or construction follow a 2 or 3 years programme, in which they are introduced to several disciplines within our organization. You will get to know all aspects of construction from a regular role.
The management traineeship is a programme for graduated university students in (technical) business administration, who are innovative, have ambition and a clear drive. Within three years you will be engaged in specific roles at various business units.
Students who are recently graduated in a financial eduction have the possibility to take part in a financial traineeship. You will gain experience within various business units in the financial field.
For students looking for an opportunity to gain practical experience during their education, Ballast Nedam annually provides about 200 intern and graduation positions across the entire organization and at different levels.
