 As an independent operating company of Ballast Nedam we combine the initiative of a flexible organisation with the know-how of other Ballast Nedam contractors. This allows us to operate within any required parameters. Our activities are focused on initiating and realising mid-range projects, and on extensive integrated area developments. Area developments in which our task is rather like putting together a huge jigsaw puzzle. But one that involves many interests. Because in places where living, working, studying, shopping and relaxation come together, it is essential to gain an awareness of how these should be balanced. What it is that makes an area liveable, and oriented towards the future. How the user thinks, acts, feels, and goes about things. Difficult? Sometimes. And that is what makes it so interesting. Because these developments make it possible to apply our expertise. To make an appeal to all the creativity, inventiveness and ingenuity we have.
Housing projects come in different sizes. But however diverse its manifestations may be, they have one thing in common: the purpose is to offer a home to their residents. A place they can call their own, which suits them. Quality is of the essence.
