Lammers Beton B.V. and Hoco Beton B.V. join forces in acquisition

On Friday 19 April, Hoco Beton B.V. and Lammers Beton signed the purchase agreement by which Lammers Beton acquired 100% of the shares of Hoco Beton. Hoco, until Friday part of Ballast Nedam, will be added to Lammers Beton's portfolio as an independent company and will be part of it under its own name.

Family business Lammers (1987) is a well-known name in the precast concrete industry. The company was founded by Henk Lammers and has been successful in designing and supplying clean-work and structural precast concrete elements ever since. Lammers is a solid company and is well known for its good service and years of expertise. The company has a solid growth ambition and is willing to invest in it. For Hoco, the acquisition is a great opportunity because it makes it part of a specialist company with precast concrete as its core business, thus securing a sustainable future for Hoco.

Lammers and Hoco are both located in Weert and largely serve the same market segments. There is a similar culture within the companies: the culture of a family business. Because there is a broader basis for further development and specialization, the new combination also offers opportunities for colleagues.

Through the takeover, knowledge and experience will be bundled and the services provided to clients will be raised to an even higher level.

The familiar points of contact within Hoco will remain unchanged. Current orders will continue to be handled under Hoco and no contracts will have to be taken over by Lammers. Lammers Beton and Ballast Nedam have agreed to continue and further expand their collaboration.
