Two tall skyscrapers in the modern ‘Moscow City’ district

Where social and business life meet

Neva Towers

Rönesans Holding specialises in building high-rise skyscrapers. This specialism is fully reflected in the construction of the Neva Towers project, two massive towers covering a total surface area of 357,000 m2 constructed in Moscow City, the modern business district in Moscow. The best of both worlds

The unique concept and exceptional architecture of the Neva Towers symbolise the leading work of Renaissance Development. In the heart of Moscow, this project, with two eco-friendly skyscrapers, brings leisure and business life together. Standing at 302 metres, tower one has plenty of space for offices, apartments, and penthouses. Tower two, which is 345 metres high, contains the city’s finest apartments and penthouses.

More than just living and working

Neva Towers is just more than living and working. The luxurious tower of apartments offers a breath-taking view of the city. The unique concept includes a panoramic swimming pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, a private park for the residents, a cinema and virtual golf. A 68-storey office building, of which 26 floors are premium-class offices, towers over the skyscraper of apartments. It is a state-of-the-art location to do business with a view to a sustainable future in Moscow.

'Green' buildings

With global warming becoming an increasing problem, the concept of 'green' buildings is gaining popularity. From the very beginning, this sustainable concept has been incorporated into the design of the Neva Towers. Energy-efficient equipment, a smart façade design and water-saving installations provide energy and water savings of 20%. Bus stations and metro stations are within walking distance, which helps lower the amount of CO2 emissions from cars. Recycling, waste sorting and the (re)use of recycled materials have also been integrated during construction. As a result, Neva Towers has been awarded a LEED Gold certification for its sustainable solutions, making it the first and largest complex in Russia to achieve this gold status.
