Challenging the traditional construction industry

Rönesans Holding was founded with the vision to challenge the traditional construction industry, including fully understanding the client's actual needs and creating an environment where employees can develop themselves without sacrificing integrity and competitiveness. This presented the company with the challenge of attracting entrepreneurial and ambitious professionals who are open to change. They took on the challenge, and with success! Rönesans Holding has grown into a family of more than 30,000 employees, who work in the construction, infrastructure, property development, energy, heavy industries and healthcare sector.

Iconic and record-breaking projects

Rönesans Holding projects can be found in Europe, Asia and Africa. One example of their work is the Başakşehir Çam & Sakura City Hospital in Turkey - the world's largest seismologically isolated building with 1 million m2.

A shared mission

Within the Rönesans Group, we benefit from each other's expertise. As Ballast Nedam, we learn a lot from the knowledge and experience that Rönesans Holding has gained in building high-rises.

Rönesans Holding, in turn, uses our expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects and offshore. Moreover, we have found each other in a shared mission: to challenge the market to change without losing sight of our people. This translates into selective tendering, being critical in what we offer our clients, creating opportunities for employees, and the smart use of knowledge from previous projects to select new tenders.
