BN/TAV files writ of summons against Schiphol

BN/TAV, a Joint Venture of Ballast Nedam and TAV (50/50), has filed a writ of summons against Schiphol as a result of unresolved disputes that arose during the construction of the new A-pier and subsequent termination of the project by Schiphol. BN/TAV Joint Venture’s claim also consists of claims from BN/TAV Joint Venture’s subcontractors and its suppliers.  

BN/TAV Joint Venture regrets that despite numerous attempts, it was unable to resolve its disputes with Schiphol, and left it with no other option than to resort to this court action to defend its rights and the rights of other parties involved.
