The hotel consists of 220 rooms spread out over ten floors. The location is unique as it has a beautiful view of the Maas and the harbour. The hotel has luxurious wellness accommodations and facilities for restaurants and conventions.

Construction method
The frame consists of a steel construction with steel plate concrete floors. The facade will contain prefab wooden elements. Aluminium window frames will be added next to aluminium curtain walls. The inner walls exist of metal stud elements. The building will expand the pre-existing Inntel Hotel.

After holding a variety of positions, he has been a member of the Board of Management since 2002. In 2011 Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling became part of Ballast Nedam, for which Niels has final responsibility as Managing Director.
