At Laudy, craftsmanship and commitment are at the heart of what we do. With a close-knit team of over 150 enthusiastic colleagues, ranging from carpenters to project managers, we work together on a variety of projects full of unique challenges. Thanks to this variety of projects, no two days are the same, and everyone contributes in their own way to Laudy’s success. 

Everyone is given plenty of personal responsibility and freedom. We encourage a keen-to-learn attitude, so that you can discover new working methods and techniques. To support the development of our professionals, we create a tailored development plan and hold regular conversations to discuss their progress.
Short lines of communication ensure that everyone feels truly part of the organisation. The atmosphere at Laudy is informal and supportive. Whether you have a question or need help, you can always turn to anyone here. Thanks to this commitment, our people are willing to go the extra mile, enabling us to deliver the quality we’re proud of together.

Outside of work, there’s plenty of focus on connection and fun. Construction industry get-togethers, staff association activities, the Laudy annual gathering, festive occasions like Christmas and the annual BBQ for long-serving staff: we regularly organise events that allow you to get to know your colleagues outside of work. This is how we build a pleasant working environment together.

Meet Raymond Veugelers

Algemeen Directeur van de Laudy Groep

Raymond Veugelers is Managing Director of the Laudy Group, which includes Laudy Bouw & Ontwikkeling, Laudy Vastgoedontwikkeling and Willems Bouwbedrijf. He is responsible for the strategic direction, the organisation’s continued growth and relations with clients, public authorities and partners in Limburg.

Together with the management teams of the various business units, he is working on the development of a future-proof construction and property organisation. In addition, through Laudy Vastgoedontwikkeling, he focuses on complex issues relating to housing construction, area development and sustainable urbanisation.

Raymond studied Building Engineering at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and Construction Management at Eindhoven University of Technology. In addition to his role at the Laudy Group, he is a manager of Bouwmensen Limburg and is actively involved in various provincial and municipal initiatives in the fields of construction, housing and spatial development.
