Wim Comello

Managing Director Haitsma Beton

Wim has been working for Haitsma Beton since 1989 and has held various positions in the company since then. Since 2013 he has held the position of Managing Director at Haitsma Beton.

His experience in various disciplines is very useful in running both companies. 

Niels Doodeman

Managing Director Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling

Niels has been working for Heddes since 1990 and has held the position of Managing Director since the company became part of Ballast Nedam in 2011. Niels has been part of Ballast Nedam's Board of Management since October 2023. On behalf of Ballast Nedam he fulfils a management position within Ursem Modulaire Bouwsystemen, that works closely with Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling.

Niels started as a calculator after an architectural study, after which he continued to work in the company and later on became production director and commercial director. In addition to his work, he also followed various training courses in business administration and finance.

“To construct with passion" sums up his work method and conviction, and above all the right focus and cooperation in the broadest sense of the word, are very important. Cooperation, transparency and communication in terms of 'do what you say and say what you do' are essential. With his down-to-earth West Frisian roots, Niels is very committed and passionate about constructing. He loves his work meanwhile being a true family man.

Walter van Gurp

Managing Director Ballast Nedam Asset management

Walter has been working for Ballast Nedam since 2008 and has been Managing Director of Ballast Nedam Asset Management since 2016.

Through various roles, Walter is involved in integrated contracts. At the beginning of his career within Ballast Nedam, he started as a project director who was involved in the tender phase from Ballast Nedam Concessions. Later, he joined the Board of Management as project manager for various integrated projects.

Walter was born in 1967 and always studied alongside his job. This involved studies in the field of architecture, property management, technical business administration and project finance. He describes himself as a practical man. Before his time at Ballast Nedam, he worked in the rail industry, where he participated in the formula development of both small and large railway stations and the introduction of the public transport chip card. Multidisciplinary projects have become his speciality.

Joep Hartjes

Managing Director Ballast Nedam Infra Regionaal

Joep is back on his post as Managing Director of Ballast Nedam Infra Regionaal since the end of 2025.

In this role, he is responsible for the delivery of (specialist) projects in the field of road infrastructure, as well as overseeing several companies in which Ballast Nedam holds a stake. Thanks to his years of experience, he is closely involved in the entire production process, ensuring that all specialisms come together as a cohesive whole.

Jeffrey Hoffmann

Managing Director Ballast Nedam Materieel

Jeffrey has been working at Ballast Nedam since 1994 and has been the Managing Director of Ballast Nedam Materieel B.V. since 2013. In this role, he has the ultimate responsibility for the delivery of equipment and services to a large variety of construction projects.

Jeffrey has held various positions within Ballast Nedam Materieel. In his role as Managing Director, he focuses on delivering a total concept in equipment to the mostly internal clients, both national and international. Sustainability and safety are important themes in this respect.

Jeffrey is a team player, a people person and believes in open communication.

Harko Kloeze

Managing Director Hurks

Since 15 August 2022, Harko Kloeze has been the Managing Director of Ballast Nedam Zuid. As of January 2025, Ballast Nedam Zuid merged with Hurks, and the companies have continued under the Hurks name and their own identity. In his role as Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of Hurks.

From the head office in Eindhoven, Harko leads a team of professionals that develops, transforms, builds and maintains buildings in the provinces of Brabant, Zeeland and Gelderland.

Harko lives in Wageningen. He has experience with international and national projects, both in realisation and development. Harko has gained management experience in various positions at BAM International and AM, among others. With a mechanical engineering background, Harko has been a 'builder' for over 25 years.

Philipp Kohlschreiber

CEO Heitkamp Construction Swiss

Philipp has been working for Heitkamp Construction Swiss as CEO since 1 June 2021.

In this position, he is responsible for operational management in the areas of budgeting, finance, staff and projects. Phillipp is familiar with tunnel construction and is currently focusing on the restructuring, modernisation and expansion of Heitkamp Construction Swiss.

Philipp was born in 1976 and lives in Switzerland. He graduated in Civil Engineering from Ruhr-University in Bochum. At the beginning of his career, he held various positions in engineering firms. Since 2007, he has been working for large construction companies, mainly in underground construction (in conventional and mechanised tunnelling) as well as micro-tunnelling. His work experience comes from several countries such as Germany, Laos, Sweden and Bahrain.

Philipp is highly motivated, enthusiastic, loyal and team-oriented. Philipp is also honest, sincere and forward-thinking. According to Phillipp, the basis for profitable growth is maintaining good contacts, so he maintains strong relations with Switzerland, Germany and Scandinavia.

Anita Oudejans

Managing Director Ballast Nedam West

Anita Oudejans started as Ballast Nedam International's first female work planner in 1997. After gaining experience in several construction companies, she pursued her career within Ballast Nedam again. After a period of four years as Head of Construction Development within Ballast Nedam West, she now holds the position of Managing Director since 2023.  

Anita has a clear vision that revolves around delivering on promises, entrepreneurship and boosting personal growth. With her passion for construction, she works on new improvements every day. 

Raymond Veugelers

Managing Director Laudy Groep

Raymond is Managing Director of the Laudy Groep BV, consisting of the 3 business units Laudy Bouw & Ontwikkeling B.V., Laudy Vastgoedontwikkeling B.V. and Willems Bouwbedrijf B.V.

As Managing Director, Raymond focuses on the strategic direction and further growth of the company, as well as maintaining relationships with authorities and customers in the Limburg market. He collaborates closely with the management teams of the companies within the Laudy Group. The operational management of the Willems Bouwbedrijf B.V. business unit in Venlo is handled by board members Ralph Geurts and Frank Derks. For the Laudy Bouw & Ontwikkeling B.V. business unit, Rob Salden and Roel Goossens are responsible for operational management.

Raymond, along with colleagues from Laudy Vastgoedontwikkeling, development partners, and government entities, addresses the challenging real estate issues facing our province in the coming years.

Born in 1976 in Geleen, Raymond has held various positions after studying Architecture at Hogeschool Zuyd and Performance Engineering & Management at TU Eindhoven. In addition to his role at Laudy, he is also a director of the professional training course Bouwmensen Limburg and is involved in various provincial and municipal initiatives and discussions.
