Knightsbridge

The buildings will be constructed in several phases. The Knightsbridge block is being built by Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling and consists of 406 luxury apartments. The plan was designed by architect Do Janne Vermeulen of Team V Architecture. Most of the apartments have a private outdoor space. In addition, each resident has access to the beautiful courtyard garden, designed by landscape architect Piet Oudolf.

402 homes,
6 houses

The apartments in Knightsbridge are diverse, high-quality and include studios, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, maisonette apartments and penthouses. The block consists of six different buildings, also called "houses", each with its own type of architecture, but forming a single unit together. House one includes 76 apartments, house two 55 apartments, house three 81 apartments, house four 81 apartments, house five 77 apartments and house six 36 apartments.

Diverse audience

Knightsbridge appeals to a diverse audience through its range of housing types, with the aim of creating a pleasant mix of "young and old": couples, young families, empty nesters, seniors and expats. Knightsbridge offers homes for every target group. There will be parking and bicycle storage in the basement. On the first floor there will be space for catering, social facilities and a gym.

Sustainability

Knightsbridge is a sustainable building with high insulation values and its own heat and cold storage system (WKO). All apartments will have their own connection to this heat and cold storage system, which can be used to heat or cool in the summer using the existing underfloor heating.
