Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling has realised 30 senior apartments for the municipality of Opmeer.

These apartments are spread out over two locations: nineteen in Spanbroek and eleven in Hoogwoud. What is special about this project is that the apartments will be built according to the Passief Bouwen Keurmerk (Passive Construction Quality Mark). This is a construction method that focuses on well isolation and ventilation that wins back heat. As a result, little heating is necessary to warm up the apartment.
